              Company will conduct preliminary review of materials submitted by investor, then decide whether on-site investigation will be undertaken based on result of materials review

              Company dispatches specialist to carry out on-site investigation about candidate property, conditions of competition in area surrounding property and local consumer market, then perform assessment based on actual investigation outcome

              Unified design, construction support from senior management, arrival of preparation group, interior decoration and final check of approval

              Business opening support

              Business opening support: Company will dispatch one preparatory phase store manager and one preparatory phase head chef to the store 10-15 days prior to opening to provide support for a duration of 30-days free of charge, including assistance in areas like employee training, establishment of operation system, confirmation of menu and procurement of ingredients.
